Especially for students
AAG offers students various opportunities, such as traineeships and junior positions, where young talents can quickly start working as fully-fledged advisors. Within AAG there is also Young AAG, a group that brings together young professionals (up to 30 years old) from diverse backgrounds. Here you work on your personal and professional development both individually and in groups. AAG stimulates and supports your growth, with a focus on job satisfaction. This provides students with an excellent start to a successful career.
Workshop: A day in the life of an AAG advisor
During this workshop, we will take you through a case study of a day in the life of an AAG advisor. What challenges does a business consultant face when advising an organization? What current issues and changing trends does he/she have to take into account? Through this workshop you will become familiar with the complex and dynamic world of the healthcare sector in the Netherlands. AAG advises and supports healthcare institutions (such as hospitals and elderly care organizations) with their challenging issues. Please note: this workshop is given in Dutch.

AAG participates in both strategic and tactical (business management) issues in interim assignments. This keeps the workweek varied and dynamic.

Which students are we interested in?
AAG is interested in both (business) economics and business administration bachelor's and master's students who are fluent in Dutch. We are looking for proactive students with an affinity for the profession of business consultant in healthcare.
