Due to the complex nature and many dependencies of these systems and system landscapes these often are highly complicated projects where teamwork between all our different experts is crucial. Luckily, we are a group of skilled professionals with years of experience in the domain, ready to take you on board to turn you into a digital transformation consultant!

When you have graduated, we offer various jobs across our teams where you start a 1-year traineeship that includes both content-specific training as well as training in soft skills and consultancy. You will attend the general trainings together with all the other trainees.  Also, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients during the traineeship and take your first steps within interesting projects.
