ORGfit = realising ambitions
ORGfit is a dynamic consultancy firm that consists of 30 professionals. We work on the most challenging projects with a wide variety of clients daily. Our main areas of experience are business strategy, business operations, operational processes and technologies in the regions of Limburg, Noord-Brabant and Gelderland. Our approach stands out by the sustainable relationships we establish with our clients and the consistent focus on the human element of the different projects we address.
We would like the growth we achieved during the last couple of years to extend into the future, this is the reason why we are constantly looking for new talent. Especally young professionals that share our passion for helping organisations evolve but can also have a critical and fresh view toward our projects.
When working at ORGfit you are in charge of the search for your own talents and interests. Does your interest lay with project management or more with the development of a management dashboard? Maybe you’re the perfect SCRUM master that leads an organisation during a specific project? The possibilities are endless!
Because our projects and clients are so diverse, you can determine your own development path. And if you cannot find it, your colleges are more then welcome to help you find your way. We also offer the possibility to extend your knowledge by partaking in courses or following a training. This can be achieved within our very own ORGfit Academy or elsewhere.
Do you share our passion for development, do you prefer working in teams, but also like space for your own initiatives, then ORGfit is the place to start your career!
Would you like to experience a day in the life of a consultant? Do you want to find out if you posses the skills to find the real question within a problem, make a cutting-edge analysis and create enthusiasm for your solutions? Then join us during the ORGfit workshop! You will be working on a challenging case and experience if you could be the next star of ORGfit!
