We seek a broad range of profiles for our trainees. There is no typical Randstad trainee—each one is different. The field of study you pursued is not a determining factor. Trainees come from diverse academic backgrounds, including HR, business administration, economics, history, psychology, finance, law, language studies, sociology, and organizational sciences.
