Qquest is a young and growing IT organization, founded in 2004. We invest in the IT specialists of tomorrow by offering opportunities to both ambitious starters and experienced IT professionals. Our mission is to make organizations future-proof by connecting them with the right IT talent.  

Since 2015, we have supported over 300 individuals in launching their careers in IT. We offer a solid foundation in IT to people from diverse backgrounds and help them step into exciting roles at leading companies. Throughout this process we focus on personal development through our soft skills program and professional guidance. As a young and vibrant organization, we also value having fun, and organize regular social events and Friday drinks. 

We offer IT traineeships for recent graduates from any academic background. All you need to apply is a genuine interest in working in IT and the motivation to learn quickly. During the traineeship, you can start in a wide variety of roles—ranging from more technical positions like data analyst or test automation engineer, to business-oriented roles such as business analyst or functional application manager. Additionally, we have several opportunities available within our internal team including regular internships and junior positions in marketing, sales and recruitment.
