Let us introduce ourselves. At The Trainee Company (TTC), our focus is on guiding recently graduated HBO and WO starters in one of the following traineeships: Finance & Control, Data, or Business & IT.  

At TTC, the trainee takes centre stage. Our tailored program supports recent graduates in building their careers through an extensive offering of training, courses, masterclasses, and sessions. Furthermore, trainees have the opportunity to apply this knowledge in practice through challenging assignments with a diverse range of clients, ranging from banks to ministries and multinationals. 

Our goal is not only to promote professional growth but also to encourage personal development. We urge trainees to discover and harness their unique talents and passions. TTC takes pride in supporting young professionals in realizing their full potential and achieving a promising future in their careers. 

Additionally, we offer personal guidance, allowing trainees to collaborate with experienced professionals to find a path to professional success.
