Are you a recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree? Do you have the ambition to create societal impact, for example, in government-related work? Then a traineeship at Salvéos Consulting is the perfect fit for you! 

Consultants at Salvéos Consulting operate in the public domain. Our professionals provide advice, implement projects, and offer internal support. Our goal? Strengthening socially relevant organizations. We do this, for instance, for institutions like Rijkswaterstaat, local authorities, ministries, and various healthcare facilities. 

What does the traineeship entail? 
The traineeship at Salvéos Consulting is a blend of working, learning, and doing. You will develop both professionally and personally. Over the course of two years, you will gain experience in various organizations and roles. What roles do our trainees have? Marieke works as a project assistant at GGD, Collin is an advisor at VZVZ, Lisanne contributes to a new website for the Belastingdienst, and Bram works as an advisor for the police. 

You won't just be at your client's location. You will also come together with fellow trainees in Oosterbeek for brainstorming sessions during intervisions and masterclasses. We discuss relevant topics such as organizational change, project management, and group dynamics. Additionally, you will receive coaching from an experienced consultant who will be there for you to help with reflection and learning. 

And what happens after those two years? 
After two years, you will have gained experience in various roles. You will have a better understanding of your strengths and what distinguishes you as a consultant. Following that, you can continue as a Business Consultant within Salvéos Consulting.

What is it like to work at Salvéos Consulting? 
At our organization, you will join a medium-sized company and a close team, where learning from each other is highly valued, and where there is a genuine interest in one another, as well as plenty of laughter. We all work for different clients but also come together weekly at our beautiful office in Oosterbeek. Here, we brainstorm together over good coffee and challenge each other to a competitive game of pool. On Friday afternoons, we gather for a social get-together. We regularly organize team activities, such as ski trips, paddle tournaments, and Mud Masters.
